ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਮਿਦਯਾਨੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੜੇ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮਿਦਯਾਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਆਦਮੀ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ।
