Numbers 22:23
ਬਿਲਆਮ ਦੇ ਖੋਤੇ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਦੂਤ ਨੂੰ ਸੜਕ ਉੱਤੇ ਖਲੋਤਿਆ ਦੇਖਿਆ, ਦੂਤ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਖੋਤਾ ਸੜਕ ਤੋਂ ਮੁੜ ਪਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲਾ ਗਿਆ। ਬਿਲਆਨ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਤ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਖੋਤੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਕਰੋਧਵਾਨ ਹੋਇਆ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਖੋਤੇ ਨੂੰ ਕੁੱਟਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੜਕ ਉੱਤੇ ਵਾਪਸ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
