Numbers 19:9
“ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਹ ਆਦਮੀ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੈ, ਗਊ ਦੀ ਰਾਖ ਇਕੱਠੀ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਇਸ ਰਾਖ ਨੂੰ ਡੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਸਾਫ਼ ਥਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੱਖ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਰਾਖ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਉਦੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਖਾਸ ਰਸਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਪਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਰਾਖ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੇ ਪਾਪ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

Numbers 19:13
ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਮੁਰਦਾ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਛੂਹ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਅਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਅਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਬਣਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਤੰਬੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਤੰਬੂ ਵੀ ਅਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੱਖ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਅਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਬੰਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਖਾਸ ਜਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਛਿੜਕਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਅਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੀ ਰਹੇਗਾ।
Numbers 19:20
“ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਅਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੱਖ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਖਾਸ ਜਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਛਿੜਕਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਤੰਬੂ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਅਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇ।
Hebrews 7:26

Zechariah 13:1

Numbers 19:18
ਕਿਸੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ੂਫ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਟਹਿਣੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੁਬੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਤੰਬੂ, ਪਲੇਟਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਛਿੜਕਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਨ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਮੁਰਦਾ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਛੂਹ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਜੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਛੂੰਹਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਬਰ ਜਾਂ ਮੁਰਦਾ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਛੂੰਹਦਾ ਹੈ।
Numbers 9:13
ਪਰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਬੰਦਾ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸਹੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਪਸਾਹ ਦਾ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਮਨਾ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਉਹ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਬਹਾਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਜੇ ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਸਹੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਪਸਾਹ ਦਾ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਨਾਉਂਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਹੀ ਵੱਖ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਮਿਲਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ! ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੁਗਾਤ ਸਹੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
Numbers 8:7
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਬਨਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਕੁਝ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਾਪ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਦਾ ਖਾਸ ਪਾਣੀ ਛਿੜਕੋ। ਇਹ ਪਾਣੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਬਣਾ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਵਾਲ ਮੁੰਨਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਧੋਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
Numbers 6:12
ਇਸਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਲਈ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਵੱਖ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਲੇਲਾ ਲਿਆਕੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਾਪ ਲਈ ਬਲੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ। ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਦਿਨ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਵੱਖ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਭੁਲਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਵੱਖ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰੇ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
Leviticus 15:20
ਇਸਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਹਰ ਉਹ ਚੀਜ਼ ਜਿਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਮਾਹਵਾਰੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਾਲੀ ਔਰਤ ਲੇਟਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪਲੀਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਉਹ ਚੀਜ਼, ਜਿਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬੈਠਦੀ ਹੈ, ਪਲੀਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
