Numbers 12:10
ਤੰਬੂ ਤੋਂ ਬੱਦਲ ਉੱਪਰ ਉੱਠਿਆ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਨੇ ਆਸੇ-ਪਾਸੇ ਮੁੜਕੇ ਮਿਰਯਮ ਵੱਲ ਦੇਖਿਆ। ਉਸਦਾ ਰੰਗ ਬਰਫ਼ ਵਰਗਾ ਸਫ਼ੇਦ ਸੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਚਮੜੀ ਦੀ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਸੀ।

ਪਰ ਉਜ਼ੀਯਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਕਰੋਧ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਵਕਤ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਧੂਪ ਧੁਖਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਧੂਪਧਾਨ ਸੀ। ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਕਰੋਧ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮੱਥੇ ਤੇ ਕੋੜ੍ਹ ਫੁੱਟ ਪਿਆ। ਇਹ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਧੂਪ ਧੁਖਾਉਂਦੇ ਸਨ, ਵਾਪਰਿਆ।

Leviticus 13:2
“ਕਿਸੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੀ ਚਮੜੀ ਤੇ ਸੋਜਸ਼ ਜਾਂ ਖੁਜਲੀ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਫ਼ੋੜਾ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਫ਼ੋੜਾ ਕੋੜ੍ਹ ਵਰਗਾ ਲਗਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ, ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਜਕ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਜਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਜਾਜਕ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਕੋਲ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
Exodus 33:7
ਮੰਡਲੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਆਰਜ਼ੀ ਤੰਬੂ ਮੂਸਾ ਡੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਥੋੜਾ ਜਿਹਾ ਬਾਹਰ ਇਸ ਤੰਬੂ ਕੋਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ “ਮੰਡਲੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਤੰਬੂ” ਬੁਲਾਉਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਜਿਹੜਾ ਵੀ ਬੰਦਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਪੁੱਛਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਉਹ ਡੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਇਸ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਕੋਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ।
Exodus 4:6
ਤਾਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਸਬੂਤ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ। ਆਪਣਾ ਹੱਥ ਆਪਣੇ ਚੋਲੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪਾ।” ਤਾਂ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਹੱਥ ਆਪਣੇ ਚੋਲੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪਾਇਆ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਚੋਲੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਹੱਥ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢਿਆ, ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਲੱਗ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਬਰਫ਼ ਵਾਂਗ ਸਫ਼ੇਦ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
