ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਦੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਵਿਖਾਈ ਅਗਲੀ ਸਵੇਰ, ਜਦ ਯਿਸੂ ਆਪਣੇ ਚੇਲਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਰੁੱਖ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਪਿੱਛਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਸਰਾਪ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਸੁੱਕ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਜੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੀ ਸੜ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਨ।
