Leviticus 9:4
ਸੁੱਖ-ਸਾਂਦ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਬਲਦ ਤੇ ਭੇਡੂ ਲਵੋ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਲ ਨਾਲ ਗੁਨ੍ਹੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਨਾਜ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਨੂੰ ਲਵੋ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਟ ਕਰੋ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਵੇਗਾ।’”

ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਤਾਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।”

ਓੱਥੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਪੂਰਬ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਇਆ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਵਰਗੀ ਉੱਚੀ ਸੀ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਦੀ ਰੋਸ਼ਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਧਰਤੀ ਚਮਕ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ।

ਅਨਾਜ ਦੀਆਂ ਭੇਟਾਂ “ਜਦੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਨਾਜ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਮੈਦੇ ਦੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਤੇਲ ਚੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਲੋਬਾਨ ਵੀ ਪਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
Exodus 40:34
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਉੱਪਰ ਬੱਦਲ ਛਾ ਗਿਆ। ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਨੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਤੰਬੂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
Exodus 24:16
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਸੀਨਈ ਪਰਬਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਇਆ। ਬੱਦਲ ਨੇ ਛੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਰਬਤ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਜੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ। ਸੱਤਵੇਂ ਦਿਨ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਬੱਦਲ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਮੂਸਾ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ।
Exodus 19:11
ਅਤੇ ਤੀਸਰੇ ਦਿਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਰਹਿਣ। ਤੀਸਰੇ ਦਿਨ ਮੈਂ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸੀਨਈ ਪਰਬਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਵਾਂਗਾ। ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਣਗੇ।
