ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਖਾਤਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਲਈ ਪਰਾਸਚਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਨੇਮ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰੀ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਕਾਰਣ ਕਰੋਂਗੇ।” ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਉਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।
