Leviticus 16:22
ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੱਕਰਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਉੱਪਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਪ ਖਾਲੀ ਮਾਰੂਥਲ ਵੱਲ ਲੈ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਜਿਹੜਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਬੱਕਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰੂਥਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੁਲ੍ਹਾ ਛੱਡ ਆਵੇਗਾ।

| unto | אֶל | ʾel | el |
| land a | אֶ֣רֶץ | ʾereṣ | EH-rets |
| not inhabited: | גְּזֵרָ֑ה | gĕzērâ | ɡeh-zay-RA |
| go let shall he and | וְשִׁלַּ֥ח | wĕšillaḥ | veh-shee-LAHK |
| אֶת | ʾet | et | |
| the goat | הַשָּׂעִ֖יר | haśśāʿîr | ha-sa-EER |
| in the wilderness. | בַּמִּדְבָּֽר׃ | bammidbār | ba-meed-BAHR |
