ਫ਼ੇਰ ਅਬੀਮਲਕ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਆਦਮੀ ਉਹ ਸਾਰਾ ਦਿਨ ਸ਼ਕਮ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਲੜਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਅਬੀਮਲਕ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਆਦਮੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਕਮ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਅਬੀਮਲਕ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਢਹਿ-ਢੇਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਖੰਡਰਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਮਕ ਛਿੜਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
