ਪਰ ਅਮੋਰੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਸੀਹੋਨ ਨੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਰਹੱਦਾਂ ਪਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ। ਸੀਹੋਨ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਯਹਾਸ ਵਿਖੇ ਡੇਰਾ ਲਾ ਲਿਆ। ਤਾਂ ਅੰਮੋਰੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ।
