Jeremiah 42:14
ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਹ ਆਖੋ, ‘ਨਹੀਂ, ਅਸੀਂ ਮਿਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਕੇ ਰਹਾਂਗੇ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਥਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਲੜਾਈ ਦੀ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਓੱਥੇ ਜੰਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਤੁਰ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁਣਾਈ ਦੇਣਗੀਆਂ। ਅਤੇ ਮਿਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸੀਂ ਭੁੱਖੇ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਰਾਂਗੇ।’

| where | אֲשֶׁ֤ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| we shall see | לֹֽא | lōʾ | loh |
| no | נִרְאֶה֙ | nirʾeh | neer-EH |
| war, | מִלְחָמָ֔ה | milḥāmâ | meel-ha-MA |
| nor | וְק֥וֹל | wĕqôl | veh-KOLE |
| hear | שׁוֹפָ֖ר | šôpār | shoh-FAHR |
| the sound | לֹ֣א | lōʾ | loh |
| of the trumpet, | נִשְׁמָ֑ע | nišmāʿ | neesh-MA |
| nor | וְלַלֶּ֥חֶם | wĕlalleḥem | veh-la-LEH-hem |
| hunger have | לֹֽא | lōʾ | loh |
| of bread; | נִרְעָ֖ב | nirʿāb | neer-AV |
| and there | וְשָׁ֥ם | wĕšām | veh-SHAHM |
| will we dwell: | נֵשֵֽׁב׃ | nēšēb | nay-SHAVE |
