Jeremiah 40:11
ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਮੋਆਬ, ਅੰਮੋਨ, ਅਦੋਮ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਨ, ਨੇ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਕਿ ਬਾਬਲ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਕਿ ਬਾਬਲ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੇ ਅਹੀਕਾਮ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਫ਼ਾਨ ਦੇ ਪੋਤਰੇ ਗਲਦਯਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਸੀ।

ਮੋਆਬ ਦੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਛੱਡਣ ਲਈ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੇਸ ਅੰਦਰ ਰਹਿਣ ਦਿਓ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੁਸਮਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਛੁਪਾ ਲਵੋ ਲੁੱਟ ਮਾਰ ਰੁਕ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਹਾਰ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੋਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਚੱਲੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।

ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਗਏ ਓਪਰੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਖਜਾਨਾ ਲੁੱਟ ਕੇ ਲੈ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਾਏ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਫ਼ਾਟਕ ’ਚ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਕਰ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦਾ ਕਿਹੜਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਉਹ ਲੈਣਗੇ ਇਹ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਗੁਣੇ ਪਾਏ ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਪਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸੀ।
Ezekiel 35:15
ਤੁਸੀਂ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹੋਏ ਸੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਤਬਾਹ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਓਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਲੂਕ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ। ਸ਼ਈਰ ਪਰਬਤ ਅਤੇ ਅਦੋਮ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਦੇਸ ਤਬਾਹ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹਾਂ।”
Ezekiel 35:5
“‘ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਮੇਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ। ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਸੀਬਤ ਵੇਲੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਖਰੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਵੇਲੇ।’”

ਅਦੋਮ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੱਧ ਭਵਿੱਖਬਾਣੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ, ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਅਦੋਮ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਦਲਾ ਲੈਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ। ਅਦੋਮ ਦੇ ਲੋਕੀ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਸਨ।”
Ezekiel 25:8
ਮੋਆਬ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੇਈਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੱਧ ਭਵਿੱਖਬਾਣੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਮੋਆਬ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੇਈਰ ਆਖਦੇ ਹਨ, ‘ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਬਸ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਕੌਮ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੀ ਹੈ।’
Ezekiel 25:6
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ: ਤੁਸੀਂ ਖੁਸ਼ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਤਾੜੀਆਂ ਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਰ ਪਟਕਾਏ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਬੇਇੱਜ਼ਤੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਮਿਲੀ।
Ezekiel 25:2
“ਆਦਮੀ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਅੰਮੋਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਵੇਖ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਬੋਲ।
Ezekiel 5:12
ਤੇਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਤੀਜਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੋਕ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਬੀਮਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਭੁੱਖ ਨਾਲ ਮਰ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਤੇਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਤੀਜਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੋਕ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਜੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਰ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਸੂਤ ਲਵਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਤੀਜੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਦੁਰਾਡੇ ਦੇਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਜਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।
Ezekiel 5:3
ਪਰ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਵਾਲ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਚੋਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਪੇਟ ਲੈਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ। (ਇਸਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਦਰਸਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾ ਲਵਾਂਗਾ।)
Jeremiah 24:9
ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਉਹ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਸਾਰੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੈਭੀਤ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ। ਲੋਕ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਜ਼ਾਕ ਉਡਾਉਣਗੇ। ਲੋਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਚੁਟਕਲੇ ਜੋੜਨਗੇ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੀ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਿੰਡਾਵਾਂਗਾ, ਲੋਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਾਪ ਦੇਣਗੇ।
1 Samuel 12:12
ਪਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਅੰਮੋਨੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨਾਹਾਸ਼ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਲੜਨ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਿਹਾ, ‘ਨਹੀਂ! ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ’ ਜੋ ਸਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਕਰੇ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਹ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਦ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉੱਪਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੀ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਸੀ!
1 Samuel 11:1
ਤਕਰੀਬਨ ਇੱਕ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਬਾਦ, ਅੰਮੋਨੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਹਾਸ਼ ਰਾਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਸੈਨਾ ਨੇ ਯਾਬੇਸ਼-ਗਿਲਆਦ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰ ਲਿਆ। ਯਾਬੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਾਹਾਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਜੇਕਰ ਤੂੰ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਕਰ ਲਵੇਂ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਟਹਿਲ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ।”
Numbers 25:1
ਪਓਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਕੇਸੀਆ ਦੇ ਲਾਗੇ ਡੇਰਾ ਲਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ, ਆਦਮੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੋਆਬੀ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜਿਸਨੀ ਪਾਪ ਕਰਨੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ।
Numbers 22:1
ਬਿਲਆਮ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਆਬ ਦਾ ਰਾਜਾ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਮੋਆਬ ਵਿੱਚਲੀ ਯਰਦਨ ਵਾਦੀ ਵੱਲ ਚੱਲੇ ਗਏ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਯਰੀਹੋ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਯਰਦਨ ਨਦੀ ਨੇੜੇ ਡੇਰਾ ਲਾਇਆ।
