ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਸੀ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਨਬੀ ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ ਨੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਾਇਆ।

ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਲਈ: ਕੋਰਹ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਗੀਤ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਮੂਹ ਕੌਮੋ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣੋ। ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਲੋਕੋ ਇਸ ਸਭ ਕਾਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਣੋ।
Jeremiah 19:14
ਫ਼ੇਰ ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ ਨੇ ਤੋਂਫਬ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਖਿਆ ਸੀ। ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਵਰਾਂਡੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਲੋ ਗਿਆ। ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ:

ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਹੜੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਲੋ ਜਾ। ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇਵੀਂ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਲਈ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਹਰ ਗੱਲ ਆਖੀਂ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਆਖਣ ਲਈ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਛੱਡੀ ਨਾ।

ਸਰਬ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ, ਜਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ: ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਬਕ ਸਿਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।” ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੈ।

ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕੁਝ ਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਸੁਣ ਲਿਆ ਕਿ ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ ਕੀ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਸਨ: ਮੱਤਾਨ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸ਼ਫਟਯਾਹ, ਪਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਗਦਲਯਾਹ, ਸ਼ਲਮਯਾਹ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਯੂਕਲ ਅਤੇ ਮਲਕੀਯਾਹ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਪਸ਼ਹੂਰ। ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ:

ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੋਲ ਬੁਲਾਕੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਣੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਝੇ।
