Isaiah 29:5

Isaiah 31:8

Isaiah 31:3
ਮਿਸਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਤਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਹਨ-ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨਹੀਂ। ਮਿਸਰ ਦੇ ਘੋੜੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਹਨ-ਆਤਮਾ ਨਹੀਂ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਪਣਾ ਬਾਜ਼ੂ ਫ਼ੈਲਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ (ਮਿਸਰ) ਹਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਨ (ਯਹੂਦਾਹ) ਢਹਿ ਪੈਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੀ ਤਬਾਹ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
Isaiah 25:5

ਪਰ ਸਰਬ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰ ਦੇ ਜੋਧਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਮਹਾਮਾਰੀ ਭੇਜੇਗਾ। ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰ ਓਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਦੌਲਤ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਗਵਾ ਲਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੋਈ ਬੀਮਾਰ ਆਦਮੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਭਾਰ ਘਟਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰ ਦਾ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਤਬਾਹ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਹ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਅੱਗ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਬਲਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿ ਚੀਜ਼ ਸੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦੀ।
Psalm 76:5
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਿਪਾਹੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸੋਚਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਤਾਕਤਵਰ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਮੁਰਦਾ ਪਏ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਉਸ ਸਭ ਕਾਸੇ ਤੋਂ ਸੱਖਣੇ ਪਏ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਜੋ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਿਪਾਹੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਿਆ ਸੀ।
Psalm 46:5
ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਉਸ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ, ਇਸੇ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਕਦੀ ਵੀ ਤਬਾਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਸੂਰਜ ਚੱੜ੍ਹਨ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਮਦਦ ਲਈ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੁੰਦਾ।
