Isaiah 19:10
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਕੋਈ ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਬਂਨ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਉਦਾਸ ਹੋਣਗੇ।

| broken | שָׁתֹתֶ֖יהָ | šātōtêhā | sha-toh-TAY-ha |
| in the purposes | מְדֻכָּאִ֑ים | mĕdukkāʾîm | meh-doo-ka-EEM |
| all thereof, | כָּל | kāl | kahl |
| that make | עֹ֥שֵׂי | ʿōśê | OH-say |
| sluices | שֶׂ֖כֶר | śeker | SEH-her |
| and ponds | אַגְמֵי | ʾagmê | aɡ-MAY |
| for fish. | נָֽפֶשׁ׃ | nāpeš | NA-fesh |
