Habakkuk 2
1 “ਮੈਂ ਪਹਿਰੇਦਾਰ ਵਾਂਗ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ ਮੈਂ ਉਡੀਕਾਂਗਾ ਕਿ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕੀ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਉਡੀਕਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਵੇਖਾਂਗਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਦਲੀਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।”
2 ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਹਬੱਕੂਕ ਨੂੰ ਜਵਾਬ ਯੋਹਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉੱਤਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ, “ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਵਾਂ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖ। ਪੱਟੀਆਂ ਉੱਪਰ, ਸਾਫ਼-ਸਾਫ਼ ਲਿਖ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਆਸਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਸੱਕੇ।
3 ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਾਸ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਅੰਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਸੱਚ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਭਾਵੇਂ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਲੱਗੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਏਸਾ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਵਾਪਰੇਗਾ। ਪਰ ਸਬਰ ਨਾਲ ਉਸਦਾ ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰੋ। ਉਹ ਸਮਾਂ ਆਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤੀ ਦੇਰ ਵੀ ਨਾ ਲੱਗੇਗੀ।
4 ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰੀ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਭਲੇ ਲੋਕ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਹਿਮਤ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਅਤੇ ਜਿਉਣਗੇ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਭਰੋਸੇਮਂਦ ਹੈ।”
5 ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਜਿਵੇਂ ਦਾਰੂ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਧੋਖਾ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਾਕਤਵਰ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਦਾ ਹੰਕਾਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੂਰਖ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਕਿਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਦੀ। ਉਹ ਹੋਰ-ਹੋਰ ਦੇ ਲਾਲਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਮੌਤ ਵਰਗਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਤ ਵਾਂਗ ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਸੰਤੁਸ਼ਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ, ਉਸ ਦੀ ਲਾਲਸਾ ਵੱਧਦੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਦੂਜੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾਉਂਦਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੰਦੀ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਰਹੇਗਾ।
6 ਪਰ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉਸ ਉੱਪਰ ਹਸੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਮਖੌਲ ਉਡਾਉਣਗੇ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਕਿੱਸੇ ਸੁਨਾਉਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਹੱਸਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਖਣਗੇ, ‘ਹਾਏ! ਕਿੰਨੀ ਬੁਰੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਲਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ! ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਈ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਉੱਮਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਢੇਰ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਧਨਾਢ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ।’
7 “ਹੇ ਬਹਾਦੁਰ ਆਦਮੀ ਤੂੰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਧਨ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਸ਼ ਆਵੇਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕੀ ਵਾਪਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਉੱਠ ਖੜੋਣਗੇ। ਤਾਂ ਫ਼ਿਰ ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਵਸਤਾਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈ ਲੈਣਗੇ। ਤਾਂ ਤੂੰ ਬੜਾ ਭੈਅ ਖਾਵੇਂਗਾ।
8 ਤੂੰ ਬੜੇ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਦੀ ਦੌਲਤ ਲੁੱਟੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸੇ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਤੈਥੋਂ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਲੈਣਗੇ। ਇਹ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਵਾਪਰੇਗਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਤਿਆ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਤੂੰ ਧਰਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਤੇ ਉੱਥੋਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ।
9 “ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੰਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਵਾਪਰਨਗੀਆਂ ਜੋ ਬਦ-ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਮੀਰ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਸੋਚਦਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਦੂਜੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰੋ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਚੁਰਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕ ਲਵੇਗਾ ਪਰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਬੁਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਵਾਪਰਨਗੀਆਂ।
10 ਤੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਦੀ ਵਿਉਂਤ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੁਦ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਰਮਿੰਦਗੀ ਲਿਆਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਤੂੰ ਭੈੜੇ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤੇ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਗੁਆ ਲਵੇਂਗਾ।
11 ਦੀਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੱਥਰ ਵੀ ਤੇਰੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਦੁਹਾਈ ਦੇਣਗੇ। ਇੱਥੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿ ਲੱਕੜੀ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਤੀਰ ਵੀ ਜੋ ਤੇਰੇ ਘਰ ਲੱਗੇ ਹਨ, ਤੇਰੇ ਜ਼ੁਲਮ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਉਂ ਦੀ ਦੁਹਾਈ ਦੇਣਗੇ।
12 “ਉਸ ਆਗੂ ਨਾਲ ਮੰਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਵਾਪਰਨਗੀਆਂ। ਜਿਹੜਾ ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਉਸਾਰਨ ਦੀ ਖਾਤਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਟਾਂ ਮਾਰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
13 ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸਰਬ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਧਾਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਸੇ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਅੱਗ ਨਾਲ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਤੇ ਜੋ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਬੇਕਾਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
14 ਤਦ ਹਰ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਬਾਰੇ ਖਬਰ ਪਹੁੰਚੇਗੀ। ਇਹ ਖਬਰ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਾਂਗ ਫ਼ੈਲੇਗੀ।
15 ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਾੜਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜੋ ਖੁਦ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨਾਲ ਦੂਜਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਗੁੱਸਾ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੁੰਜੇ ਲਾਹੁਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਸ਼ਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਰਾਬੀ ਸਮਝ ਕੇ ਸਲੂਕ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
16 “ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਪਤਾ ਚੱਲੇਗਾ। ਉਸ (ਯਹੋਵਾਹ) ਦਾ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਫ਼ੜੇ ਜ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਪਿਆਲੇ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਸ ਜ਼ਹਿਰ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਦ ਚਖੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਸ਼ਰਾਬੀਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਢਹਿ ਪਵੇਗਾ। “ਹੇ ਪਾਪੀ ਸ਼ਾਸਕ! ਤੂੰ ਉਹੀ ਪਿਆਲਾ ਚਖੇਁਗਾ। ਤੈਨੂੰ ਮਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਬਾਵੇਂ ਸ਼ਰਮਿੰਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
17 ਤੂੰ ਲਬਾਨੋਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੜੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਸ਼ੂ ਚੋਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਸੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਕਾਰਣ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਭੈਭੀਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਭੈੜ ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇਸ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਉਸਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ। ਤੂੰ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਣ ਘਬਰਾਵੇਂਗਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਤੇ ਉੱਥੋਂ ਦੇ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੰਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤੇ।”
18 ਬੁੱਤਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਝੂਠੇ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਲਾਭ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮਹਿਜ਼ ਕਿਸੇ ਆਦਮੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਧਾਤੂ ਨਾਲ ਢੱਕੇ ਹੋਏ ਬੁੱਤ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਬੁੱਤ ਹਨ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਜਿਆ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਮਦਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੈ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਬੁੱਤ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ।
19 ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਾੜਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜੋ ਇੱਕ ਲੱਕੜ ਦੀ ਮੂਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਦਾ, “ਉੱਠ!” ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਾੜਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜੋ ਪੱਥਰ ਦੀ ਮੂਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਸਿੱਖਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ! ਉਹ ਮੂਰਤੀਆਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਮਦਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇ ਸੱਕਦੀਆਂ। ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਮੂਰਤਾਂ ਸੋਨੇ-ਚਾਂਦੀ ਨਾਲ ਢੱਕੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ, ਉਹ ਬੇਜਾਨ ਹਨ।
20 ਪਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਅਲਗ-ਬਲਗ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਤਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਾਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਉਸ ਅੱਗੇ ਚੁੱਪ ਰਹੇ।
1 I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.
2 And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
4 Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.
5 Yea also, because he transgresseth by wine, he is a proud man, neither keepeth at home, who enlargeth his desire as hell, and is as death, and cannot be satisfied, but gathereth unto him all nations, and heapeth unto him all people:
6 Shall not all these take up a parable against him, and a taunting proverb against him, and say, Woe to him that increaseth that which is not his! how long? and to him that ladeth himself with thick clay!
7 Shall they not rise up suddenly that shall bite thee, and awake that shall vex thee, and thou shalt be for booties unto them?
8 Because thou hast spoiled many nations, all the remnant of the people shall spoil thee; because of men’s blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein.
9 Woe to him that coveteth an evil covetousness to his house, that he may set his nest on high, that he may be delivered from the power of evil!
10 Thou hast consulted shame to thy house by cutting off many people, and hast sinned against thy soul.
11 For the stone shall cry out of the wall, and the beam out of the timber shall answer it.
12 Woe to him that buildeth a town with blood, and stablisheth a city by iniquity!
13 Behold, is it not of the Lord of hosts that the people shall labour in the very fire, and the people shall weary themselves for very vanity?
14 For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.
15 Woe unto him that giveth his neighbour drink, that puttest thy bottle to him, and makest him drunken also, that thou mayest look on their nakedness!
16 Thou art filled with shame for glory: drink thou also, and let thy foreskin be uncovered: the cup of the Lord’s right hand shall be turned unto thee, and shameful spewing shall be on thy glory.
17 For the violence of Lebanon shall cover thee, and the spoil of beasts, which made them afraid, because of men’s blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein.
18 What profiteth the graven image that the maker thereof hath graven it; the molten image, and a teacher of lies, that the maker of his work trusteth therein, to make dumb idols?
19 Woe unto him that saith to the wood, Awake; to the dumb stone, Arise, it shall teach! Behold, it is laid over with gold and silver, and there is no breath at all in the midst of it.
20 But the Lord is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him.
Exodus 27 in Tamil and English
1 વેદી બાવળના લાકડાની બનાવવી, જે ચોરસ હોય અને 5 હાથ લાંબી, 5 હાથ પહોળી અને 3 હાથ ઊંચી હોય.
And thou shalt make an altar of shittim wood, five cubits long, and five cubits broad; the altar shall be foursquare: and the height thereof shall be three cubits.
2 ચારે ખૂણે ચાર ટોચકાં બનાવવાં, અને તે વેદીના લાકડામાંથી જ બનાવવા અને તેના ચારે બાજુથી ખુણા જોડી લેવા, જેથી તે એક બની જાય ત્યારબાદ વેદીને કાંસાથી ઢાંકી દેવી.
And thou shalt make the horns of it upon the four corners thereof: his horns shall be of the same: and thou shalt overlay it with brass.
3 “અને તેનાં ભસ્મપાત્રો, પાવડાંઓ, તપેલાં તથા પંજેટી તથા સગડીઓ તું બનાવજે, અને તેનાં સધળાં પાત્રો કાંસાનાં બનાવજે.
And thou shalt make his pans to receive his ashes, and his shovels, and his basons, and his fleshhooks, and his firepans: all the vessels thereof thou shalt make of brass.
4 અને વળી વેદી માંટે તું કાંસાની જાળી બનાવજે; તથા જાળીના ચાર ખૂણામાં તું કાંસાના ચાર કડાં બનાવજે.
And thou shalt make for it a grate of network of brass; and upon the net shalt thou make four brasen rings in the four corners thereof.
5 અને પછી તું એ જાળી વેદીના છાજલી નીચે એવી રીતે મૂકજે જેથી તે વેદીની ઊંચાઈને અડધે સુધી પહોંચે.
And thou shalt put it under the compass of the altar beneath, that the net may be even to the midst of the altar.
6 “અને વેદીને માંટે તું બાવળના દાંડા બનાવજે અને તેને કાંસાથી મઢી દેજે.
And thou shalt make staves for the altar, staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with brass.
7 વળી વેદીને ઊચકતી વખતે એ દાંડા વેદીની દરેક બાજુએ આવેલા કડામાં ભેરવજે.
And the staves shall be put into the rings, and the staves shall be upon the two sides of the altar, to bear it.
8 વેદી પાટિયાના ખોખા જેવી પોલી બનાવજે. પર્વત પર મેં જેમ તને બતાવ્યું હતું તેમ તેઓ તેને બનાવે.”
Hollow with boards shalt thou make it: as it was shewed thee in the mount, so shall they make it.
9 “મંડપની આજુબાજુ ચોક બનાવવો. તેની દક્ષિણ બાજુએ ઝીણો કાંતેલો શણનો 100 હાથ લાંબો પડદો બનાવવો.
And thou shalt make the court of the tabernacle: for the south side southward there shall be hangings for the court of fine twined linen of an hundred cubits long for one side:
10 પડદાઓ લટકાવવા માંટે કાંસાની 20 થાંભલીઓ, કાંસાની 20 કૂંભીઓ બેસાડવી અને એ થાંભલીઓના આડા સળિયા અને આંકડા ચાંદીના બનાવવા.
And the twenty pillars thereof and their twenty sockets shall be of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets shall be of silver.
11 ચોકની ઉત્તર બાજુએ પણ એ જ પ્રમાંણે કરવાનું છે. કાંસાની કૂંભીઓમાં બેસાડેલા 20 સ્તંભો સાથે જોડેલા ચાંદીના સળિયાઓ ઉપર ચાંદીના આંકડાઓ વડે 100 હાથ લાંબા પડદાઓ લટકાવવાના છે.
And likewise for the north side in length there shall be hangings of an hundred cubits long, and his twenty pillars and their twenty sockets of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets of silver.
12 “એ ચોકની પશ્ચિમ બાજુને ઢાંકવા માંટે 50 હાથ લાંબા પડદા હોય અને તેને માંટે દશ થાંભલી અને દશ કૂંભીઓ હોય.
And for the breadth of the court on the west side shall be hangings of fifty cubits: their pillars ten, and their sockets ten.
13 પૂર્વ દિશામાં પણ તે જ રીતે 50 હાથ લાંબા પડદાઓ લટકાવવા.
And the breadth of the court on the east side eastward shall be fifty cubits.
14 પ્રવેશદ્વારની એક બાજુએ 15 હાથના પડદા હોય અને તેને માંટે ત્રણ થાંભલી અને ત્રણ કૂંભી હોય.
The hangings of one side of the gate shall be fifteen cubits: their pillars three, and their sockets three.
15 અને બીજી બાજુએ પણ 15 હાથના પડદા અને ત્રણ થાંબલી અને ત્રણ કૂંભી હોય.
And on the other side shall be hangings fifteen cubits: their pillars three, and their sockets three.
16 “પ્રવેશદ્વારને માંટે 20 હાથ લાંબો પડદો બનાવવો. તે ઝીંણા કાંતેલા શણનો ભૂરા, જાંબુડા અને કિરમજી રંગનો, સુંદર ભરતકામવાળો બનાવવો, ચાર કૂંભીઓમાં બેસાડેલા ચાર સ્તંભો પર તેને લટકાવવાનો છે.
And for the gate of the court shall be an hanging of twenty cubits, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, wrought with needlework: and their pillars shall be four, and their sockets four.
17 ચોકની આજુબાજુની બધી થાંભલીઓ ચાંદીના સળીયાથી જોડાયેલી હોય, તેમના સાંકળા ચાંદીના હોય અને તેમની કૂંભીઓ કાંસાની હોય.
All the pillars round about the court shall be filleted with silver; their hooks shall be of silver, and their sockets of brass.
18 આ પ્રમાંણે ચોક ઝીંણા કાંતેલા શણના કાપડનો બનશે. અને 100 હાથ લાંબો અને 50 હાથ પહોળો થશે. ચોકને ફરતા પડદાની દીવાલો 5 હાથ ઊચી થશે. પડદાઓ ઝીંણા કાંતેલા શણના હોય. તેના તળીયા કાંસાના હોવા જોઈએ.
The length of the court shall be an hundred cubits, and the breadth fifty every where, and the height five cubits of fine twined linen, and their sockets of brass.
19 પવિત્ર મંડપમાં વપરાતાં તમાંમ ઓજારો, તંબુના ખીલાઓ અને બીજી વસ્તુઓ કાંસાની હોવી જોઈએ. ચોકને ફરતા પડદાઓની ખીલીઓ કાંસાની બનેલી હોવી જોઈએ.
All the vessels of the tabernacle in all the service thereof, and all the pins thereof, and all the pins of the court, shall be of brass.
20 “દીવી ઉપર મૂકવાના અખંડ દીવા માંટે જૈતૂનનું ધાણીએ પીલેલું ઉત્તમ તેલ લાવી આપવા ઇસ્રાએલીઓને આજ્ઞા કરો.
And thou shalt command the children of Israel, that they bring thee pure oil olive beaten for the light, to cause the lamp to burn always.
21 હારુન તથા તેના પુત્રોએ એ દીવો સંભાળવાનો છે. તેઓએ મુલાકાત મંડપની પહેલી ઓરડીમાં જવાનું છે. આ કરાર મુકેલી ઓરડીની બહાર છે, જે બંન્ને ઓરડાને અલગ કરે છે. આ જગ્યામાં તેઓ દીવો રાખશે જે સાંજથી સવાર સુધી યહોવાની સામે બળતો રહેશે. આ કાયમી વિધિનું ઇસ્રાએલીઓએ અને તેના વંશજોએ પેઢી દર પેઢી પાલન કરવાનું છે.”
In the tabernacle of the congregation without the vail, which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall order it from evening to morning before the Lord: it shall be a statute for ever unto their generations on the behalf of the children of Israel.
