ਉੱਥੇ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ ਉਹ ਤਿੰਨ ਘਂਟੇ ਖੜੋਤੇ ਰਹੇ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਬਿਵਸਬਾ ਦੀ ਪੋਥੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹਿਆ। ਫਿਰ ਹੋਰ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਘਂਟਿਆਂ ਲਈ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਝੁਕ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ।
