Genesis 46:6

“ਯਾਕੂਬ ਮਿਸਰ ਨੂੰ ਗਿਆ। ਬਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਸਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਜਿਉਣਾ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਅੱਗੇ ਮਦਦ ਲਈ ਪੁਕਾਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਮਿਸਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢਣ ਲਈ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਜਗ਼੍ਹਾ ਉੱਤੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
