Genesis 45:1
ਯੂਸੁਫ਼ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕੌਣ ਹੈ ਯੂਸੁਫ਼ ਹੁਣ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਚਿਰ ਕਾਬੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖ ਸੱਕਿਆ। ਉਹ ਉੱਥੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਰੋ ਪਿਆ। ਯੂਸੁਫ਼ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਹਰੇਕ ਨੂੰ ਆਖੋ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਚੱਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ।” ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਭ ਲੋਕ ਚੱਲੇ ਗਏ। ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਭਰਾ ਹੀ ਯੂਸੁਫ਼ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਯੂਸੁਫ਼ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕੌਣ ਹੈ।

ਫ਼ੇਰ ਯੂਸੁਫ਼ ਕਮਰੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਭੱਜ ਗਿਆ। ਯੂਸੁਫ਼ ਬਹੁਤ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਰਾ ਬਿਨਯਾਮੀਨ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਵੇ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਉਸਦਾ ਰੋਣ ਨੂੰ ਜੀ ਕੀਤਾ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਭਰਾ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਂਦਿਆਂ ਦੇਖਣ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਯੂਸੁਫ਼ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਮਰੇ ਵੱਲ ਭੱਜ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਜਾਕੇ ਰੋ ਪਿਆ।
2 Samuel 1:20
ਗਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਬਰ ਨਾ ਦੱਸੋ! ਅਸ਼ਕਲੋਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਲੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਡੌਁਡੀ ਨਾ ਪਿੱਟੋ। ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਫ਼ਲਿਸਤੀ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਸੁੰਨਤੀ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਮਨਾਉਣਗੇ!
Isaiah 42:14
ਬਹੁਤ ਧੀਰਜਵਾਨ ਹੈ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ “ਬੜੇ ਚਿਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਖਿਆ। ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਤ੍ਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਖਿਆ। ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਮੈਂ ਉੱਚੀ ਚਾਂਘਰਾਂ ਮਾਰਾਂਗਾ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੋਈ ਔਰਤ ਬੱਚਾ ਜਣਨ ਸਮੇਂ ਮਾਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਾਰੋ-ਜ਼ਾਰ ਦੀ ਸਾਹ ਭਰਾਂਗਾ।
Jeremiah 20:9
ਕਦੇ-ਕਦੇ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ, “ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਬਾਰੇ ਭੁੱਲ ਜਾਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਕਦੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਬੋਲਾਂਗਾ।” ਪਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼, ਮੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਅੱਗ ਵਰਗਾ ਬਲਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ! ਇਹ ਇਵੇਂ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਇਹ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਡੂੰਘਾ ਬਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੋਵੇ! ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਰੋਕ ਕੇ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ ਬਕੱ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਅਤੇ ਆਖਰਕਾਰ ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਦਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੋਕ ਸੱਕਦਾ।

ਜਦੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਗਲਤ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦਾ “ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਕੋਈ ਭਰਾ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਗਲਤ ਵਿਹਾਰ ਕਰੇ, ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕਲਾ ਜਾਕੇ ਸਮਝਾਓ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਕੰਮ ਗਲਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਭਰਾ ਬਨਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਫ਼ਲ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹੋਂ।

ਪਰ ਯਿਸੂ ਸਭ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਗਟ ਨਾ ਹੋਇਆ, ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਗਵਾਹ ਸਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ, ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਉਹੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਣ ਦੇ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਹੋਏ। ਅਸੀਂ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਗਵਾਹ ਹਾਂ। ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਮੁਰਦੇ ਤੋਂ ਜਿਵਾਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਬੈਠਕੇ ਖਾਧਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੀਤਾ।
1 Corinthians 13:5
