Genesis 32:24
ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨਾਲ ਯੁੱਧ ਯਾਕੂਬ ਉਹ ਆਦਮੀ ਸੀ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਅਖੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਦੀ ਪਾਰ ਕੀਤੀ। ਪਰ ਇਸਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਨਦੀ ਪਾਰ ਕਰ ਸੱਕੇ, ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਹਾਲੇ ਇੱਕਲਾ ਹੀ ਸੀ, ਤਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਆਦਮੀ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਘੁਲਣ ਲੱਗਾ। ਉਹ ਆਦਮੀ ਸੂਰਜ ਨਿਕਲਣ ਤੱਕ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਲੜਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ।

ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨਾਲ ਯੁੱਧ ਯਾਕੂਬ ਉਹ ਆਦਮੀ ਸੀ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਅਖੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਦੀ ਪਾਰ ਕੀਤੀ। ਪਰ ਇਸਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਨਦੀ ਪਾਰ ਕਰ ਸੱਕੇ, ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਹਾਲੇ ਇੱਕਲਾ ਹੀ ਸੀ, ਤਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਆਦਮੀ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਘੁਲਣ ਲੱਗਾ। ਉਹ ਆਦਮੀ ਸੂਰਜ ਨਿਕਲਣ ਤੱਕ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਲੜਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ।
