Genesis 21:27
ਇਸ ਲਈ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਅਬੀਮਲਕ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਇਕਰਾਰਨਾਮਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਨੇ ਅਬੀਮਲਕ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਸ਼ੂ ਇਕਰਾਰਨਾਮੇ ਦੇ ਸਬੂਤ ਵਜੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ।

| sheep | צֹ֣אן | ṣōn | tsone |
| and oxen, | וּבָקָ֔ר | ûbāqār | oo-va-KAHR |
| and gave | וַיִּתֵּ֖ן | wayyittēn | va-yee-TANE |
| Abimelech; unto them | לַֽאֲבִימֶ֑לֶךְ | laʾăbîmelek | la-uh-vee-MEH-lek |
| and both | וַיִּכְרְת֥וּ | wayyikrĕtû | va-yeek-reh-TOO |
| of them made | שְׁנֵיהֶ֖ם | šĕnêhem | sheh-nay-HEM |
| a covenant. | בְּרִֽית׃ | bĕrît | beh-REET |
