Genesis 19:30
ਲੂਤ ਤੇ ਉਸਦੀਆਂ ਧੀਆਂ ਲੂਤ ਸੋਆਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਤੋਂ ਡਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਧੀਆਂ ਪਹਾੜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਚਲੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ। ਉਹ ਉੱਥੇ ਇੱਕ ਗੁਫ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਲੱਗੇ।

ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਬਾਹਰ ਆ ਗਏ, ਆਦਮੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਹੁਣ ਭੱਜੋ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਬਚਾਓ। ਪਿੱਛੇ ਮੁੜਕੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਥਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੁਕਣਾ। ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਹਾੜਾਂ ਤਾਈਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਜਾਂਦੇ, ਭੱਜਦੇ ਰਹੋ। ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਰੁਕ ਗਏ, ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵੀ ਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਤਬਾਹ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੋਂਗੇ!”

Genesis 13:10
