ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਦੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਨਣਾ ਚਾਹਿਆ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਖੋਜ ਨਾ ਸੱਕੇ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਫਹਰਿਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਨਹੀ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਉਹ ਸਾਬਿਤ ਨਾ ਕਰ ਸੱਕੇ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੁਰਖੇ ਜਾਜਕ ਸਨ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਵਜੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ।

ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਉਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੁਲ ਪੱਤ੍ਰੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਘਰਾਣਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਇਤਹਾਸ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਤਹਾਸ ਦੀ ਪੋਥੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਹਨ। ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਵਿੱਚਲੇ ਲੋਕ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੈਦੀ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਜ਼ਬਰਦਸਤੀ ਬਾਬਲ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਉਸਦਾ ਕਾਰਣ ਇਹ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨਾਲ ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰ ਤੇ ਸੱਚੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ ਰਹੇ।
1 Chronicles 4:33
ਇਸ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਹਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਬਅਲ ਤੀਕ ਦੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਸਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਵੱਸਦੇ ਸਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰਾਣਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਇਤਹਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਲਿਖਿਆ।
