Ezra 7:11
ਅਰਤਹਸ਼ਸ਼ਤਾ ਰਾਜੇ ਦੀ ਅਜ਼ਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਅਜ਼ਰਾ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਜਾਜਕ ਅਤੇ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਉਸਤਾਦ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਸੀ। ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਅਰਤਹਸ਼ਸ਼ਤਾ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਦੀ ਨਕਲ ਇਉਂ ਸੀ:
