ਬਾਹਰਲਾ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਾ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਆਦਮੀ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚਲੇ ਪੂਰਬੀ ਫ਼ਾਟਕ ਕੋਲ ਵਾਪਿਸ ਲੈ ਆਇਆ। ਅਸੀਂ ਫ਼ਾਟਕ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਸਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ਾਟਕ ਬੰਦ ਸੀ।

ਜਿਹੜੇ ਜਾਜਕ ਉਸ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰਲੇ ਵਿਹੜੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਵਾਲੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਉਸ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸਥਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਛੱਡ ਦੇਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ। ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕੱਪੜਾ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਜਾਜਕ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਉਸ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਹੋਰ ਲੋਕ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਮਰਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਕੇ ਹੋਰ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਪਹਿਨਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ।”

ਬਾਹਰਲਾ ਵਿਹੜਾ ਆਦਮੀ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰਲੇ ਵਿਹੜੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ। ਮੈਂ ਓੱਥੇ ਤੀਹ ਕਮਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਪਟੜੀ ਦੇਖੀ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਵਿਹੜੇ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਫ਼ੈਲੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਕਮਰੇ ਕੰਧ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਰੁੱਖ ਪਟੜੀ ਵੱਲ ਸੀ।
Ezekiel 40:6
ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਹ ਆਦਮੀ ਪੂਰਬੀ ਫ਼ਾਟਕ ਕੋਲ ਗਿਆ। ਆਦਮੀ ਇਸਦੀਆਂ ਪੌੜੀਆਂ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ਾਟਕ ਦੀ ਖੁਲ੍ਹੀ ਥਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਪਿਆ। ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਪੈਮਾਨਾ ਚੌੜੀ ਸੀ।

Ezekiel 46:1
ਹਾਕਮ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਬਾਂ ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਅੰਦਰਲੇ ਵਿਹੜੇ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਬੀ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਾ ਕੰਮ ਦੇ ਛੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬੰਦ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਪਰ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਬਤ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਚਂਦ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਯਹੋਰਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਪੂਰਬ ਵਾਲੇ ਫਾਟਕ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਆਇਆ।
