ਇਸ ਲਈ, ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਪਰਬਤੋਂ, ਮੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣੋ! ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਪਰਬਤਾਂ, ਪਹਾੜੀਆਂ,ਨਹਿਰਾਂ, ਵਾਦੀਆਂ, ਵੀਰਾਨ ਉਜਾੜਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਛੱਡੇ ਹੋਏ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਇਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲੁੱਟਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਹੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
