Ezekiel 23:46
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਖੀਆਂ, “ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠਿਆਂ ਕਰੋ। ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਹਾਲਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਆਹਾਲੀਬਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣ ਦਿਓ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਭੀੜ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਜ਼ਾਕ ਉਡਾਵੇਗੀ।

Jeremiah 24:9
ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਉਹ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਸਾਰੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੈਭੀਤ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ। ਲੋਕ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਜ਼ਾਕ ਉਡਾਉਣਗੇ। ਲੋਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਚੁਟਕਲੇ ਜੋੜਨਗੇ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੀ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਿੰਡਾਵਾਂਗਾ, ਲੋਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਾਪ ਦੇਣਗੇ।

ਇਸ ਲਈ ਛੇਤੀ ਹੀ ਮੈਂ ਉੱਤਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ-ਸਮੂਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਦਾਂਗਾ” ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੈ-“ਛੇਤੀ ਹੀ ਮੈਂ ਬਾਬਲ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਨਬੂਕਦਨੱਸਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਦਾਂਗਾ। ਉਹ ਮੇਰਾ ਸੇਵਕ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸੱਦ ਲਿਆਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਵੀ ਸੱਦ ਬੁਲਾਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਧਰਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਲਈ ਸਖਣੇ ਮਾਰੂਬਲ ਵਾਂਗ ਬਣਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਲੋਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਣਗੇ, ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਦੇਖਕੇ ਸੀਟੀਆਂ ਮਾਰਨਗੇ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਬਾਹ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਸਨ।
Jeremiah 34:17
“ਇਹੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ: ‘ਤੁਸੀਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਨਿਆ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਇਬਰਾਨੀ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਕਰਾਰਨਾਮੇ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ, ਮੈਂ “ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ” ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ। ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਹੈ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ। (ਮੈਂ “ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ” ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।) ਤਲਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ, ਭੁੱਖਮਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਾਰੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ! ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸ਼ੈਅ ਬਣਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੈਭੀਤ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੁਣਨਗੇ।
Ezekiel 23:22
ਇਸ ਲਈ ਆਹਾਲੀਬਾਹ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ‘ਤੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਖਤ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਥੇ ਲਿਆਵਾਂਗਾ। ਉਹ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਘੇਰ ਲੈਣਗੇ।
