Exodus 34:5
ਜਦੋਂ ਮੂਸਾ ਪਰਬਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਸੀ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਉਸ ਕੋਲ ਇੱਕ ਬੱਦਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਆਇਆ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਓੱਥੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਖਲੋ ਗਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਉਸ (ਯਹੋਵਾਹ) ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਪੁਕਾਰਿਆ।

Exodus 33:9
ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਮੂਸਾ ਇਸ ਤੰਬੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ, ਇੱਕ ਲੰਮਾ ਬੱਦਲ ਹੇਠਾ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਦੇ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੁਕ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਮੂਸਾ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ।

ਫ਼ੇਰ ਮੈਂ ਹੇਠਾ ਆਵਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ। ਆਤਮਾ ਹੁਣ ਤੇਰੇ ਉੱਪਰ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਆਤਮੇ ਦਾ ਕੁਝ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਦੇਖ-ਭਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਇੱਕਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਦੇਖ-ਭਾਲ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੁੱਕਣੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ।
Exodus 19:18
ਸੀਨਈ ਪਰਬਤ ਧੂੰਏਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਪਰਬਤ ਤੋਂ ਧੂੰਆਂ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਠ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਭਠੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਉੱਠਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹਾ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਿ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਪਰਬਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਗਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਇਆ। ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰਾ ਪਰਬਤ ਕੰਬਣ ਲੱਗਾ।
