Exodus 21:35
“ਜੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਆਦਮੀ ਦਾ ਬਲਦ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਆਦਮੀ ਦੇ ਬਲਦ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦੇਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਬਲਦ ਵੇਚ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਦੋਹਾਂ ਆਦਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਲਦ ਵੇਚਕੇ ਮਿਲੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਦਾ ਅੱਧਾ-ਅੱਧਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਮਿਲਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਆਦਮੀ ਮਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਬਲਦ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਵੀ ਅੱਧਾ-ਅੱਧਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਣਗੇ।

| then they shall sell | וּמָ֨כְר֜וּ | ûmākĕrû | oo-MA-heh-ROO |
| אֶת | ʾet | et | |
| live the | הַשּׁ֤וֹר | haššôr | HA-shore |
| ox, | הַחַי֙ | haḥay | ha-HA |
| and divide | וְחָצ֣וּ | wĕḥāṣû | veh-ha-TSOO |

| the money | כַּסְפּ֔וֹ | kaspô | kahs-POH |
and it; of | וְגַ֥ם | wĕgam | veh-ɡAHM |
