Exodus 20:26
ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਤੱਕ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਪੌੜੀਆਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਨਾਉਣੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ। ਜੇ ਓੱਥੇ ਪੌੜੀਆਂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ ਤਾਂ ਜਦੋਂ ਲੋਕ ਉੱਪਰ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਵੱਲ ਦੇਖਣਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਅੰਦਰਲੇ ਵਸਤਰ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਉਣਗੇ।”

Hebrews 12:28
ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੁਕਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਨਾ ਹਿੱਲਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹਤ ਹੈ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਉਸਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਅਤੇ ਡਰ ਨਾਲ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
