Exodus 16:12
“ਮੈਂ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਸੁਣ ਲਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖੋ, ‘ਅੱਜ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮਾਸ ਖਾਵੋਂਗੇ। ਅਤੇ ਸਵੇਰ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੀ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀ ਰੋਟੀ ਖਾਵੋਂਗੇ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਾਣ ਜਾਵੋਂਗੇ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹੋ।’”

| flesh, | בָשָׂ֔ר | bāśār | va-SAHR |

| with bread; | לָ֑חֶם | lāḥem | LA-hem |
