ਪਰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਬੰਦਾ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸਹੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਪਸਾਹ ਦਾ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਮਨਾ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਉਹ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਬਹਾਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਜੇ ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਸਹੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਪਸਾਹ ਦਾ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਨਾਉਂਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਹੀ ਵੱਖ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਮਿਲਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ! ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੁਗਾਤ ਸਹੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ।

ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਬਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ; ਇਸ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੇ ਦਸਵੇਂ ਦਿਨ, ਹਰੇਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਲੇਲਾ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਪਵੇਗਾ, ਘਰ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਜਣੇ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਲੇਲਾ।
