ਉਹ ਕਲੀਸਿਯਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਬਨਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮਰਿਆ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਮਸੀਹ ਨੇ ਕਲੀਸਿਯਾ ਨੂੰ ਖੁਸ਼ਖਬਰੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਾਲ ਧੋਕੇ ਸਾਫ਼ ਕੀਤਾ।
