Deuteronomy 5:31
ਪਰ ਤੂੰ, ਮੂਸਾ, ਇੱਥੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੋ ਜਾ। ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਹੁਕਮ, ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਦੱਸਾਂਗਾ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਤੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਜਾਕੇ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ।’

| judgments, the and | וְהַמִּשְׁפָּטִ֖ים | wĕhammišpāṭîm | veh-ha-meesh-pa-TEEM |
| which | אֲשֶׁ֣ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| thou shalt teach | תְּלַמְּדֵ֑ם | tĕlammĕdēm | teh-la-meh-DAME |
