Deuteronomy 5:31
ਪਰ ਤੂੰ, ਮੂਸਾ, ਇੱਥੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੋ ਜਾ। ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਹੁਕਮ, ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਦੱਸਾਂਗਾ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਤੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਜਾਕੇ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ।’

ਫ਼ੇਰ ਸ਼ਰ੍ਹਾ ਕਾਹਦੇ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਹੈ? ਨੇਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਬਦਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਸ਼ਰ੍ਹਾ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਦੀ ਖਾਸ ਨਸਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਈ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਵਾਇਦਾ ਇਸ ਖਾਸ ਉਲਾਦ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਸੀ। ਸ਼ਰ੍ਹਾ ਦੂਤਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਦੂਤਾਂ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਸ਼ਰ੍ਹਾ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਵਿੱਚੋਲੇ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ।
Malachi 4:4
“ਮੂਸਾ ਦੀ ਬਿਵਸਬਾ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਰੱਖੋ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੂਸਾ ਮੇਰਾ ਸੇਵਕ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਬਿਵਸਬਾ ਅਤੇ ਨੇਮ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਹੋਰੇਬ (ਪਰਬਤ) ਤੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਸਨ। ਇਹ ਨਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਬਿਧੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਹੈ।”
Ezekiel 20:11
ਫ਼ੇਰ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਣੇ ਕਨੂੰਨ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਦੱਸ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ। ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਚੱਲੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਜੀਵੇਗਾ।
Deuteronomy 12:1
ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਦਾ ਸਥਾਨ “ਇਹ ਉਹ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜਿੰਨਾ ਚਿਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾ ਦੀ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
Deuteronomy 11:1
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਰੱਖੋ “ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਹੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾ, ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ ਕਰੋ “ਇਹ ਉਹ ਹੁਕਮ, ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦੱਸੇ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾ ਦੀ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਜਾਕੇ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਦਾਖਿਲ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ।
Deuteronomy 5:1
ਦਸ ਹੁਕਮ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠਿਆਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕੋ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣੋ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਮੈਂ ਅੱਜ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣ ਲਵੋ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਣ ਲਈ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ ਹੋਵੋ।
Deuteronomy 4:45
ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ, ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਦੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਸਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਲਿਆਇਆ।

“ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੇਰੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਨੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਜਾਕੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰ ਸੱਕੋਂ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕਰਨ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ।
Deuteronomy 4:1
ਮੂਸਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਨੇਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ “ਹੁਣ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੁਣ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਾਉਣ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਜੀਵਿਤ ਰਹੇਂਗਾ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਾਕੇ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕਰ ਸੱਕੇਂਗਾ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੈਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
Exodus 24:12
ਮੂਸਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਲੈਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਪਰਬਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਆ। ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਦੋ ਪੱਥਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਖਤੀਆਂ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਲਿਖੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਤੂੰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਾ ਸੱਕੇਂ।”
