Deuteronomy 31:13
ਜੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ, ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਨਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਦੀ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਉਸਦੀ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਰਹੋਂਗੇ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਛੇਤੀ ਹੀ ਯਰਦਨ ਨਦੀ ਦੇ ਪਾਰ ਜਾਵੋਂਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਣਾ ਲਵੋਂਗੇ।”

ਜੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ, ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਨਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਦੀ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਉਸਦੀ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਰਹੋਂਗੇ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਛੇਤੀ ਹੀ ਯਰਦਨ ਨਦੀ ਦੇ ਪਾਰ ਜਾਵੋਂਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਣਾ ਲਵੋਂਗੇ।”
