Deuteronomy 26:14
ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਭੋਜਨ ਸੋਗ ਸਮੇਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਖਾਧਾ। ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਭੋਜਨ ਇੱਕਤਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ, ਮੈਂ ਪਲੀਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਭੋਜਨ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਮੁਰਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।
