Deuteronomy 20:10
“ਜਦੋਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਨ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹੋ, ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉੱਥੋਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਮਨ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
