Deuteronomy 14:12
ਪਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਪੰਛੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਖਾਣਾ: ਬਾਜ਼, ਗਿਰਝ, ਹੱਡ ਖੋਰ,

| ye shall not | לֹֽא | lōʾ | loh |
| eat: | תֹאכְל֖וּ | tōʾkĕlû | toh-heh-LOO |
| the eagle, | מֵהֶ֑ם | mēhem | may-HEM |
| and the ossifrage, | הַנֶּ֥שֶׁר | hannešer | ha-NEH-sher |
| and the ospray, | וְהַפֶּ֖רֶס | wĕhapperes | veh-ha-PEH-res |
| וְהָֽעָזְנִיָּֽה׃ | wĕhāʿozniyyâ | veh-HA-oze-nee-YA |
