Deuteronomy 13:5
ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿ, ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਨਬੀ ਜਾਂ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸੁਪਨਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੋਂ ਬੇਮੁਖ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਆਖਿਆ ਸੀ। ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹੀ ਸੀ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮਿਸਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਤੋੜਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਨੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਉਸ ਬਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਮ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਝੂਠੇ ਨਬੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ “ਪਰ ਕੋਈ ਨਬੀ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਗੱਲ ਵੀ ਆਖ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਣ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਹੀ ਸੀ। ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਆਖ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੋਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਵਾਪਰੇ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿ, ਕੋਈ ਨਬੀ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਵੀ ਆਵੇ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਹੋਰਨਾ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੋਲੇ। ਉਸ ਨਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮਾਰ ਮੁਕਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

Jeremiah 14:15

Zechariah 13:3

ਪਰ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਫ਼ੜ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਅਤੇ ਝੂਠਾ ਨਬੀ ਵੀ ਫ਼ੜ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਹ ਝੂਠਾ ਨਬੀ ਉਹੀ ਸੀ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਲਈ ਕਰਿਸ਼ਮੇ ਦਿਖਾਏ ਸਨ। ਇਹ ਝੂਠਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਮਰਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਰਿਸ਼ਮੇ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਦਾ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਮੂਰਤ ਦੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਝੂਠੇ ਨਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਉਂਦੇ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਨੂੰ ਗੰਧਕ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੋਈ ਅੱਗ ਦੀ ਝੀਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

ਸਰਬ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕੋਲਾਯਾਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਅਹਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਮਆਸਯਾਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸਿਦਕੀਯਾਹ ਬਾਰੇ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ: “ਇਹ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਬੰਦੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਝੂਠ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਮੇਰੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੈ। (ਪਰ ਉਹ ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।) ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਨਬੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਬਲ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਨਬੂਕਦਨੱਸਰ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਅਤੇ ਨਬੂਕਦਨੱਸਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਬੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਮਾਰ ਮੁਕਾਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਬਾਬਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦੀਵਾਨ ਹੋ।
Jeremiah 50:6
“ਮੇਰੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਗੁਆਚੀਆਂ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਯਾਲੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਰਾਹੇ ਪਾਇਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਾੜਾਂ-ਪਰਬਤਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਭਟਕਾਇਆ। ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਟਿਕਾਣੇ ਨੂੰ ਭੁੱਲ ਗਏ ਸਨ।
Acts 13:8
ਪਰ ਇਲਮਾਸ ਜਾਦੂਗਰ (ਇਲਮਾਸ ਬਰਯੇਸੂਮ ਦਾ ਯੂਨਾਨੀ ਨਾਮ ਹੈ) ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ। ਇਲਮਾਸ ਨੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਯਿਸੂ ਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ।
2 Timothy 4:4
ਲੋਕ ਸੱਚ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਨਾ ਛੱਡ ਦੇਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਮਨਘੜਤ ਕਥਾ ਕਹਾਣੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਤੇ ਅਮਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਗੇ।
Deuteronomy 7:4
ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਲੱਗਣ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾ ਦੇਣਗੇ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਕਰੋਧਵਾਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਛੇਤੀ ਹੀ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।
