Deuteronomy 13:15
ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮਾਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

| utterly, it destroying | הַֽחֲרֵ֨ם | haḥărēm | ha-huh-RAME |
| אֹתָ֧הּ | ʾōtāh | oh-TA | |
| and all | וְאֶת | wĕʾet | veh-ET |
| that | כָּל | kāl | kahl |
| cattle the and therein, is | אֲשֶׁר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| thereof, with the edge | בָּ֛הּ | bāh | ba |
