Deuteronomy 13:14
ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਖਬਰ ਸੁਣੋ, ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਜਾਨਣ ਦੀ ਹਰ ਸੰਭਵ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਇਹ ਸੱਚ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸੱਚ ਹੈ-ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰ ਸੱਕੋ ਕਿ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਗੱਲ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਹੈ।

Numbers 35:30

ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੀ ਨਾ ਸੁਣੋ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਇੱਕ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗ ਉੱਤੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਲਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਤਾਂ ਹੀ ਸੁਨਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੇਕਰ ਦੋ ਜਾਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਬੰਦੇ ਗਵਾਹੀ ਦੇਣ ਕਿ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗ ਨੇ ਗਲਤ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
