Zechariah 8:9
ਉਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਤਕੜੇ ਹੋਵੋ! ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜੋ ਇਹ ਵਚਨ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਣਦੇ ਹੋ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੀ ਨੀਂਹ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਬੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹੋਁ ਨਿਕਲੇ ਸਨ ਇਹ ਉਹੀ ਵਚਨ ਹਨ।

ਦਾਊਦ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸੁਲੇਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਬਹਾਦੁਰ ਹੋਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਹੋਕੇ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਜ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰ। ਤੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਗੱਲੋ ਘਬਰਾਈ ਨਾ, ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਤੇਰੇ ਅੰਗ-ਸੰਗ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਕਾਰਜ ਦੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਤੀਕ ਤੇਰੀ ਮਦਦ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਛੱਡੇਗਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਜਦ ਤੀਕ ਉਸਦਾ ਮੰਦਰ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਸੰਗ ਰਹੇਗਾ।
Joshua 1:8
ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੀ ਪੋਥੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਸ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਦਿਨ-ਰਾਤ ਕਰਨਾ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਯਕੀਨ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈਂ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਉੱਥੇ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਜੇ ਤੂੰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਰੇਂਗਾ, ਤਾਂ ਤੂੰ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਕਰੇਂਗਾ ਉਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਿਆਣਪ ਅਤੇ ਸਫ਼ਲਤਾ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕਰ ਸੱਕੇਂਗਾ।
Joshua 1:6
“ਯਹੋਸ਼ੁਆ, ਤੈਨੂੰ ਤਾਕਤਵਰ ਅਤੇ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ! ਤੈਨੂੰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਇਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਲੈ ਸੱਕਣ। ਮੈਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ।
