ਪਰ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਚੰਗੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਆਗੂ ਵੀ ਚੁਣਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। “ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇਕ ਆਦਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈਂ-ਉਹ ਆਦਮੀ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਖਾਤਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਫ਼ੈਸਲੇ ਨਾ ਬਦਲਣ। ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਦਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਾਕਮ ਬਣਾ। ਇੱਕ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਆਦਮੀਆਂ, ਸੌ ਆਦਮੀਆਂ, ਪੰਜਾਹ ਆਦਮੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਦਸ ਆਦਮੀਆਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਵੀ ਹਾਕਮ ਹੋਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ।

Proverbs 22:29

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਫ਼ਿਰਊਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਅਕਾਲ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਕਨਾਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਭੈੜੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਡੇ ਪਸ਼ੂਆਂ ਲਈ ਘਾਹ ਵਾਲੇ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਖੇਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਚੇ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਆ ਗਏ ਹਾਂ। ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਗੋਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਦਿਉ।”

ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੰਜਣ ਲਈ ਛੋਟੇ ਖਾਲ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਖਾਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਬਦਲਦੇ ਹਨ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੀ ਰਾਜੇ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਚਾਲਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇਹੋ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਰਾਜੇ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਧਰ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੇ, ਲੈ ਜਾਦਾ ਹੈ।
2 Chronicles 26:10
