ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਦੂਤ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਹਾਜਰਾ, ਤੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਗਰਭਵਤੀ ਹੈਂ ਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਮ ਦੇਵੇਂਗੀ। ਤੂੰ ਉਸਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਇਸਮਾਏਲ ਰੱਖੀਂ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਸੁਣ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਬੁਰਾ ਸਲੂਕ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਤੇਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ।
