Ezekiel 24:22
ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵੀ ਓਹੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰੋਂਗੇ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਮੈਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਿਰਤ ਪਤਨੀ ਬਾਰੇ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਮੁੱਛਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਢੱਕੋਂਗੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਗ਼ਮੀ ਦਰਸਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਹ ਭੋਜਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਖਾਵੋਂਗੇ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਲੋਕ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੇ ਮਰਨ ਤੇ ਖਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

Jeremiah 47:3
ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਦੌੜਦੇ ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਵਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਸੁਣਨਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੋਰੀਲੇ ਰੱਥ ਸੁਣਾਈ ਦੇਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਧੜਕਦੇ ਪਹੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਨਗੇ। ਪਿਤਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੱਕਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹੋਣਗੇ।
Ezekiel 24:16
“ਆਦਮੀ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈਂ, ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਰੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਖੋਹਣ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ। ਤੇਰੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਮਰ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਪਰ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਗ਼ਮੀ ਜ਼ਾਹਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ। ਤੈਨੂੰ ਉੱਚੀ ਰੋਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ। ਤੂੰ ਰੋਵੇਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੰਝੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਡਿਗਣਗੇ,
Amos 6:9
ਬੋੜੇ ਜਿਹੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀ ਹੀ ਜਿਉਂਦੇ ਛੱਡੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਇੱਕ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਬਚਣਗੇ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਮਰ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
