Exodus 30:10
“ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰੀ, ਹਾਰੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਅੱਗੇ ਖਾਸ ਬਲੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਫ਼ਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਦੀ ਪਾਪ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਦਾ ਲਹੂ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਦੇ ਸਿੰਗਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਲ ’ਚ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰੀ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਤੁਹਾਡੀਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਪੀੜੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਲਈ ਪਰਾਸਚਿਤ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਲਈ ਅੱਤ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੈ।”

Exodus 29:36

Hebrews 1:3
ਪੁੱਤਰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸ਼ਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਸੁਭਾ ਦੀ ਸੰਪੂਰਣ ਨਕਲ ਹੈ। ਪੁੱਤਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹਰ ਚੀਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਾਫ਼ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਹ ਸਵਰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਹਾਂ ਪੁਰੱਖ ਦੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਹੱਥ ਬੈਠ ਗਿਆ।
Hebrews 9:7
ਪਰ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਕਮਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜਾਜਕ ਹੀ ਜਾ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਸੀ। ਅਤੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜਾਜਕ ਉਸ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਕਮਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰੀ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਅਤੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜਾਜਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਹੂ ਲਿਆਏ ਬਿਨਾ ਦਾਖਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦਾ। ਜਾਜਕ ਉਹ ਲਹੂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਲਈ ਅਰਪਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਪਾਪ ਉਹ ਸਨ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਨਾ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕੀਤੇ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪਾਪ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।
Hebrews 9:22
ਸ਼ਰ੍ਹਾ ਆਖਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ ਸਭ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਹੂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਹੂ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਮਾਫ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸੱਕਦਾ।
Hebrews 9:25
ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜਾਜਕ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸਥਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰੀ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਅਰਪਣ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਹੂ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਉਹ ਆਪਣਾ ਲਹੂ ਅਰਪਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਜਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਸੀਹ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਮਸੀਹ ਸਵਰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿਆ ਪਰ ਉਸ ਉੱਚ-ਜਾਜਕ ਵਾਂਗ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਬਾਰ-ਬਾਰ ਲਹੂ ਅਰਪਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਰ-ਬਾਰ ਅਰਪਣ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ।
