2 Samuel 18:27
ਤਾਂ ਦਰਬਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਮੇਰੇ ਖਿਆਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਆਦਮੀ ਨੱਸਦਾ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਸਾਦੋਕ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਅਹੀਮਅਸ ਵਰਗਾ ਜਾਪਦਾ ਹੈ।” ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਅਹੀਮਅਸ ਇੱਕ ਚੰਗਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਕੋਈ ਚੰਗੀ ਹੀ ਖਬਰ ਲਿਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਹੈ।”

| of Ahimaaz | אֲחִימַ֣עַץ | ʾăḥîmaʿaṣ | uh-hee-MA-ats |
| son the | בֶּן | ben | ben |
| of Zadok. | צָד֑וֹק | ṣādôq | tsa-DOKE |
| And the king | וַיֹּ֤אמֶר | wayyōʾmer | va-YOH-mer |
