2 Samuel 12:20
ਤਦ ਦਾਊਦ ਭੁੰਜਿਓਂ ਉੱਠਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਨਹਾ ਕੇ ਆਪਣਾ-ਆਪ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਕੀਤਾ, ਆਪਣੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋਇਆ। ਫ਼ਿਰ ਉਹ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਆਇਆ। ਫ਼ਿਰ ਉਹ ਜਦੋਂ ਘਰ ਵਾਪਸ ਮੁੜਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਕੁਝ ਖਾਣ ਲਈ ਮੰਗਿਆ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸੇਵਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਭੋਜਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਭੋਜਨ ਛਕਿਆ।
