2 Kings 25:4

ਬਾਬਲ ਦੀ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਨੇ ਸਿਦਕੀਯਾਹ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਯਰੀਹੋ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਫ਼ੜ ਲਿਆ। ਸਿਦਕੀਯਾਹ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਿਪਾਹੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਭੱਜ ਗਏ।
Deuteronomy 32:30
ਕੀ ਇੱਕਲਾ ਬੰਦਾ 1,000 ਬੰਦਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਭਜਾ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ? ਕੀ ਦੋ ਬੰਦੇ 10,000 ਬੰਦਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਭਜਾ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹਨ? ਇਹ ਉਦੋਂ ਹੀ ਵਾਪਰੇਗਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਿਆਂ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਇਹ ਉਦੋਂ ਹੀ ਵਾਪਰੇਗਾ ਜੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੱਟਾਨ (ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ) ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਲਾਮਾ ਵਾਂਗ ਵੇਚ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ!
Deuteronomy 32:24

Leviticus 26:17
ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਹੋਵਾਂਗਾ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਹਰਾ ਦੇਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਭੱਜ ਜਾਵੋਂਗੇ ਜਦ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
