ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਖਤ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਮੀਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਕੋਲ ਬਹੁਤ ਖਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਖਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੋਹ ਲਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਬਾਬਲ ਦੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

Jeremiah 28:6
ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ ਨੇ ਹਨਨਯਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਆਮੀਨ! ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੀ ਕਰੇਗਾ! ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਜਿਸ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਚ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ! ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਬਾਬਲ ਤੋਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਥਾਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਿਆਵੇਗਾ। ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਥੇ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਿਆਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰ ਹੋਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਛੱਡਣੇ ਪਏ ਸਨ।
Jeremiah 28:3
ਦੋ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈ ਆਵਾਂਗਾ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਬਾਬਲ ਦਾ ਰਾਜਾ ਨਬੂਕਦਨੱਸਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਬਾਬਲ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਥੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਿਆਵਾਂਗਾ।

Ezra 1:7
ਕੋਰਸ਼ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਭਾਂਡਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਢਵਾਇਆ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਬੂਕਦਨ੍ਨਸਰ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹ੍ਹੋਇਆਂ ਸੀ।
2 Chronicles 4:7
ਸੁਲੇਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਦਸ ਸ਼ਮਾਦਾਨ ਬਣਵਾਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਮਾਦਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਵਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਪੰਜ ਸ਼ਮਾਦਾਨ ਖੱਬੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਦੇ ਪੰਜ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਰੱਖੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ।
